2. Legal Responsibility
Advertisers confirm that:

All content is lawful
They have full rights to images and media

No exploitation, coercion, or trafficking is involved
EliteLux does not verify advertiser claims and accepts no liability for advertiser conduct.
3. Content Ownership
Advertisers guarantee ownership or authorized use of:
Photos
Videos
Text
Branding
Personal information
Unauthorized or stolen content is strictly prohibited.
4. Prohibited Advertising Content
The following content is forbidden:
Minors or underage representation
Human trafficking
Non-consensual material
Violence or abuse
Fraudulent claims
Illegal services
Impersonation
Hate speech
Exploitation
Such content may be reported to authorities.
5. Accuracy of Information
Advertisers must provide truthful and accurate information.
Misleading advertising may result in removal and account suspension.
6. Moderation Rights
EliteLux reserves the right to:

Investigate suspicious activity
Actions may occur without prior notice.
7. Payment Terms
Payments are exclusively for advertising placement.
EliteLux is not involved in personal services or offline transactions.
No refunds are guaranteed unless required by law.

Advertiser actions
User interactions
Financial disputes
Personal safety issues
Offline arrangements
Advertisers operate at their own risk.
9. Indemnification
Advertisers agree to indemnify EliteLux against any claims resulting from:
Illegal content
Copyright violations
Misrepresentation
Violation of laws
Harm to third parties
10. Termination of Advertising
EliteLux may terminate advertisements at any time.
Repeated violations may result in permanent bans.
11. Compliance with Adult Laws
Advertisers must comply with all adult industry regulations in their jurisdiction.
EliteLux does not guarantee legality in all regions.
12. Changes to Agreement
EliteLux may update this Agreement at any time.
Continued advertising constitutes acceptance.
